Yes, advance booking is recommended to ensure availability. To confirm a reservation, a non-refundable advance payment of LKR 10,000 per bike is required. The balance payment can be made when you arrive at our office.

An International Driving Permit (IDP) is 100% valid in Sri Lanka. If you do not have an IDP but have your home country driving licence, please contact us via WhatsApp at +94 71 900 2001, and we will guide you through the process.

You can connect to free WiFi at the airport upon arrival. All major mobile service providers have counters inside the airport, where you can purchase a local SIM card or eSIM immediately. We recommend Dialog for good coverage and fast internet. The SIM card is free, you only pay for the selected package. Once connected, you can easily contact us.

Our office is located near Bandaranaike International Airport in Katunayake, approximately 3km away from the airport. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach our office from the airport.

Yes, we can arrange pick-up and drop-off at other locations across Sri Lanka. A delivery charge of LKR 100 per 1km from our office applies.

Yes. Many travellers rent a bike from us directly after arriving at the airport and travel all around Sri Lanka, including mountainous regions. Our bikes are well-maintained and fully serviced, reliable, and suitable for long-distance travel of 150–350km per day, with 4–6 hours of continuous riding.

All bike models we rent are common in Sri Lanka, so spare parts are widely available and local mechanics are familiar with them. We also provide 24/7 phone support throughout your journey.

Motorbike and scooter theft is extremely rare in Sri Lanka. If theft occurs and the vehicle was not stolen using your keys, it will be covered under our standard rental insurance. In such cases, the refundable deposit will be retained to cover legal and insurance-related expenses.

If you prefer complete peace of mind, we recommend opting for our Full Insurance Cover for an additional charge.

All bikes come with standard motor insurance cover, which includes protection against theft and damage. This insurance does not cover personal injuries and personal belongings.
In the event of an accident:
– You must inform us immediately, and we will guide you through the process.
– Third-party coverage applies following a police complaint and legal procedure.
– Standard insurance covers 60% of the damage; the rider is responsible for the remaining 40%.
– Minor damages are not covered and will be deducted from the refundable deposit.

For full coverage, we offer 100% insurance for an additional charge of LKR 15,000 (USD 50). With this option, you are not liable for damage costs, and the full deposit will be refunded after returning the bike.

You are responsible for your personal belongings. Insurance does not cover the loss of personal valuables or accessories.

No. We do not provide full-tank fuel. One litre of fuel is provided free with every rental, and no refund is given for remaining fuel at return.

We prefer payments in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Currency exchange services and ATMs are available inside the airport, allowing you to withdraw or exchange money before leaving the airport.

Card payments are accepted with a small 4% banking charge for foreign card transactions.
